The Triax 2015 “E” Missle Play Ground Tester, our main equipment is specially designed to ensure that the sports flooring products are made in accordance with the international safety standards of EN 1177:2008 in preventing critical head injuries from unexpected fall accidents. Being a Triax 2015 user, assures that rubber sports flooring products are highly safe and up to the international safety standards of head injury prevention.

The Triax 2015 system is the latest evolution of playground surface impact test systems fully compliant with American (ASTM-F1292) European (EN-1177) and many other (CSA, AUS) standards for the measurement of shock (G) and head injury criteria (HIC) values as would be experienced during an impact of a head on a surface system. Moreover, continues engineering development combined with ongoing participation in worldwide standards development has resulted in a device that produces accurate and consistent measurement results in both field and laboratory use.

Triax 2015 consists of a head form, cable clamp, set of legs, and a data unite.

Cable clamp allows the head form to be released and locked at the desired height without the use of a ladder, or climbing on structures, and can cover the entire use zone. This is important in testing areas around swings where the use zone extends far beyond the frame of the swing.

Accurate and repeatable measurements require accurate fall heights, which are provided by Triax 2015 tripod. Using the standard set of legs fall heights of up to 12 feet can be accommodated, extending to 14 feet with an optional additional set of leg sections.

To further ensure accuracy and repeatability an electromagnet hold and release system prevents errors caused by operators manually dropping the head form, influencing the fall trajectory. This ensures that sequential drops are from the same height and to the same point on the surface.

Triax 2015 data unite is a dedicated hand-held data unit connects wirelessly to the head form, collects and stores up to 1000 drop tests on a standard memory card. Use of a dedicated device provides data integrity and eliminates the need to download, install and configure applications. Furthermore, a dedicated hand-held unit guarantees continued successful operation of the Triax 2015 system long after current crop of cellular phones and tablets long since been discarded.

MRF has established its very own quality control laboratory that is designated to produce the best well-trained quality control personnel. As we have the Triax 2015 Impact Attenuation System as one of our mains, our clients are assured that they are purchasing exceptional safe products that meet their demands.

Our Engineers have been trained and certified by Playground Clearing House, Canadian Playground Advisory Inc. They have passed the training program for the use of the TRIAX 2015 Surface Impact Tester in compliance with standards: CEN EN1177, Impact attenuating playground surfacing – determination of critical fall height. They are now qualified to operate Triax2015 Impact Tester on our products.

MRF has been ISO Certified and has put its staff through training under the standards of ISO

Our factory is ISO Certified following the standards of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007. Below is a description of each of the undertaken tests of ISO.

ISO 9001:2015 The quality input comprises of standard requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and covers the functions performed by the organization to achieve product and service realization through process control. ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). It is used to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. It is the most popular standard in the ISO 9000 series and the only standard in the series to which organizations can certify.

ISO 14001:2015 The environmental input comprises the standard requirements of ISO 14001:2015 to demonstrate a positive view of environmental issues and lessening impacts through controlled processes. ISO 14001:2015 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organization can use to enhance its environmental performance. ISO 14001:2015 is intended for use by an organization seeking to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability.

ISO OHSAS 18001:2007 The health and safety management input meets the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007 to enhance opportunities, control occupational risk and manage all health and safety requirements. ISO OHSAS 18001:2007 helps to implement a sound occupational health and safety management system that reduces risks to personnel and put the right safety measures in place. The standard also looks at the best ways to improve and maintain occupational health and safety systems, while perform in line with the company’s policy. By complying with ISO OHSAS 18001: 2007, organizations can improve their overall working environment and the conditions of employment.

QHSE Management System (Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Management System): Modern Recycling Factory has implemented an QHSE management system that exists as part of a larger, overall management system which has established, documented and implemented our policies and related processes for providing products and services which meet or exceed customer requirements, whilst satisfying the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007. Modern Recycling Factory has adopted the process approach advocated by ISO 9000:2005. By defining four key process-groups and by managing their inputs, activities, controls, outputs and interfaces; we ensure that system effectiveness is maintained to achieve planned results and to deliver the continual improvement of our products, services and to our management system.

Scope of Certification: The QHSE management system complies with all applicable requirements contained in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 and covers the design and provision of all products and/or services.
